On May 3, the weather in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula is expected to be partly cloudy and occasionally overcast, mostly dry during the day, but rain is likely in some areas in the evening.
Axar.az reports, from May 3 to 4, according to the National Hydrometeorological Service, brief, heavy downpours and thunderstorms are expected in parts of the peninsula overnight.
A moderate northwest wind will occasionally strengthen during the day. The temperature in Baku and Absheron will be 12–15°C at night and 17–22°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 760 mmHg. Relative humidity will be 70–80% at night and 55–65% during the day.
In other regions of Azerbaijan, intermittent rain and thunderstorms are expected in some areas. In certain places, the rain will be heavy and short-term, with a chance of hail. Sleet is likely in high mountainous areas. Fog may occur in some locations. The western wind will occasionally strengthen in certain areas.
Temperatures in the regions will be 9–13°C at night and 19–24°C during the day. In the mountains, it will be 2–7°C at night and 7–12°C during the day.
