The U.S. military is preparing for a potential parade in Washington in honor of the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army and President Donald Trump’s 79th birthday, which falls on June 14.

The initial plan involves more than 6,600 service members, at least 150 military vehicles, 50 helicopters, and 7 military bands. The event is also expected to feature a parachute demonstration by the "Golden Knights" and the participation of numerous civilians, including veterans.
Units from 11 corps and divisions will take part in the parade, alongside Bradley and Stryker vehicles, tanks, Paladin howitzers, and historic aircraft and vehicles.
The parade is expected to conclude with a concert and a large fireworks display.
The publication states the events will cost tens of millions of dollars.
