Turkiye supports Ukraine’s territorial integrity.

Axar.az reports Turkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said this during a media briefing following the NATO Foreign Ministers’ meeting.

Fidan emphasized that Turkiye has supported from the very beginning the idea that the conflict can only be resolved through negotiations:

“Furthermore, we have offered to host efforts aimed at resolving the conflict.”

The minister also noted that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the Russian delegation are currently in Ankara:

“We believe that the necessary political will for peace has finally emerged. I believe that lasting peace will be achieved."
