Anatolian Phoenix 2025 drills continue in Turkiye

The international search and rescue exercise "Anatolian Phoenix - 2025" ("Anadolu Ankası - 2025"), held in the Turkish city of Konya, continues.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense.

First, at the briefing held in accordance with the plan of the exercise, the participants were provided with necessary information regarding safety rules, tasks to be performed, and their sequence of execution, the relief and climate of the area where search and rescue activities will be carried out.

Aircraft from different countries participating in the international exercise made an "elephant march" together. Then the participants inspected the regions where the flight tasks will be performed.

Also, practical flights were carried out to familiarize themselves with the area. Interaction and communication were checked during the flights.

It should be noted that the exercise will continue until May 23.
