US President Donald Trump wants to meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin soon, and the location and time of the talks, as well as the topics of conversation, are currently being decided.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

"President Trump has already announced this proposal. The mechanism for organizing such a meeting will require some work. So I can't say exactly what is planned in terms of choosing a place and date, but the president wants to do it," Rubio said.

It should be noted that a telephone conversation between the two leaders is planned for May 19.
