The phone call between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, should be welcomed.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by the official representative of the UN Secretary-General, Stephane Dujarric.

“The principles of the UN are aimed at ending the conflict within the framework of the territorial integrity of the country and relevant security issues. We will support any steps taken in this direction,” Dujarric said.

It should be noted that a phone call between Trump and Putin lasted more than 2 hours today.
