Axar.az reports that this was written by the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, on his Telegram channel.

Medvedev also shared a video in which almost the entire territory of Ukraine, except a small part in the west, is shown as a buffer zone.

It should be noted that Vladimir Putin announced at a meeting with members of the government that a decision had been made to create a security buffer zone along the Russian-Ukrainian border.
