Russia is doing everything to prolong the war and disrupt the negotiations.

Axar.az reports that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote about this on his social network account.

"Russia is prolonging the war and is deceiving countries that are still trying to influence Moscow not with pressure, but with words. No one has yet seen the "memorandum" they promised and have been preparing for more than a week," he said.

It should be noted that after the conclusion of the first round of negotiations in Istanbul, Russia announced that it had prepared a memorandum on a ceasefire. According to Kremlin representatives, the document could be the basis for a future peace treaty.
