The US will not send its delegation to the second round of talks between Ukraine and Russia in Istanbul.

Axar.az informs that the Atlantic edition reported this.

According to the report, although US President Donald Trump has been discussing the imposition of new sanctions against Russia with his aides in recent days, he wants to wait for the results of the second round of talks to make a decision:

“At the same time, he does not want to send a delegation, but on the contrary, he wants to see progress. Although the president is disappointed with the lack of progress, he wants an understanding. He is trying to find the best solution.”
