According to sources close to the Kremlin, a decision may be made in Russia to re-mobilize 300,000 citizens. Allegedly, this decision is expected to be announced on June 12 - Russia Day.

Axar.az informs that the information was reported by the “Kremlyovskaya Tabakerka” Telegram channel, citing sources.

It was noted that the decision is intended to be made in response to a large-scale attack on strategic bombers.

According to the information, the announcement about the mobilization will be made not by President Vladimir Putin, but by the Minister of Defense. The reason for this approach is to prevent possible discontent in society:

“The mobilization, which began legally in 2022, has not yet ended. And now its implementation will cause some negativity in society, so they do not want to directly associate it with Vladimir Vladimirovich.”
