Iran is strengthening its air defense systems in preparation for a possible American or Israeli attack on the country's nuclear infrastructure if nuclear talks fail.

Axar.az informs that the Financial Times reported this.

According to Western intelligence assessments and an investigation of satellite images by security experts, Iran has moved several anti-aircraft missile launchers to positions close to key nuclear facilities such as Natanz and Fordow.

"A significant part of Iran's most advanced anti-aircraft missile complexes and radar systems, including Russian S-300 systems, were destroyed or damaged during Israeli air strikes on the country in October and April 2024. However, experts believe that many components of Iran's air defense system remain or have been repaired in recent months," the report emphasized.
