Lenin monument dismantled in Kyrgyzstan

The monument of Soviet leader Vladimir Lenin has been dismantled in Osh, the second largest city of Kyrgyzstan.

Axar.az reports that the dismantling took place during the night between June 6 and 7.

The monument, located in the city center near Sevgi and Toktogul Satylganov parks, was approximately 25 meters tall, making it one of the tallest Lenin statues not only in the region but also in the world.
