The main goal of Israel's operations is not to overthrow the Iranian regime, but it could result in that.

Axar.az reports that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said this in an interview with the Kan channel.

"The main goal is to eliminate the nuclear threat from Iran, and secondly, to eliminate the ballistic missile threat... At the same time, it is clear that the Iranian regime will not be strong. This (the overthrow of the Iranian regime - ed.) is not the goal, but it could be the result. That issue is the business of the Iranian people," Netanyahu said.
