Armenia plays for time and avoids the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict while international organizations continue to take an unfair position on the issue, Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade said on Tuesday.

Artur Rasizade is presenting to the parliament the report on the activities of the Cabinet of Ministers for 2015.

In 2015, serious work was been done to increase the combat capability of the Azerbaijani Army, the PM said, noting that the decent responses to the recent sabotages of Armenian troops prove it once more.

Rasizade mentioned that last year, as many as 1,500 officers were provided with apartments and the assets of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Relief Fund exceeded 70 million manats.

The PM added that a total of 3.3 billion manats were spent on the Armed Forces in 2015.
