On April 7 Ahmad Shahidov, Human rights defender visited homes and properties in Tartar that destroyed as the result of Armenian side’s artillery shots. Together with correspondents of Al Jazeera special the program has been prepared during which Head of AIDHR gave an interview.

The interview says: “At the moment we are in the settlements close to the frontline with Armenia and the civilian residents are frequently targeted by Armenian armed forces. Ruins of the civilians’ homes destroyed as a result of Armenian intensive artillery’s shots is another manifestation of the fact that Armenian Armed forces targeted civilians and their properties”.
