The temperature will be 0–3°C below zero at night and 5–8°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will drop from 770 mmHg to 763 mmHg. Relative humidity will be 80–85% at night and 55–65% during the day.

Roads will be icy at night and in the morning.

In other regions of Azerbaijan, the weather is expected to be mostly dry. Some areas may experience occasional fog. A mild west wind will blow. Night temperatures will range from –3 to –7°C, daytime temperatures 4–7°C; in the mountains, night temperatures will be –5 to –10°C, in high mountain areas –17 to –22°C, and daytime temperatures –2 to –6°C.
