Azerbaijani young jazz pianist to perform

Young jazz pianist Elchin Shirinov will perform in London. The concert will take place in “Spice of life jazz” club on July 3.

Elchin is a unique talent making careful synthesizes of African American music and mugham, a unique national music, which leads one to quite a different world, that is full of music and love. The 33-year-old young pianist has participated in such significant events as the 2010 and 2013 Voicingers International Jazz Festival in Poland and 2013 Montreux Jazz Festival, and this proves that one becomes the musician not by deeds but by birth.
