WHO praised Azerbaijan’s ban on tobacco adds

Public Health and Reforms Centre of the Health Ministry have presented its report on fight against tobacco in Azerbaijan to the WHO (World Health Organisation).

According to the Ministry, information about the report was shared on social media by the WHO Convention Secretariat, Dr Tibor Szilagyi.

The report mentions the achievement of a full legal ban on tobacco advertisement in Azerbaijan. In addition to that, it included a photo from the Let Every day be without tobacco! (Hər günün tütünsüz olsun!) campaign organised by the Centre which started on May 31, 2015.
