Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister Ali Asadov has traveled to Kyrgyzstan to attend the meeting of the heads of government of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
Axar.az reports this information was released by the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
At Manas Airport, Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister was welcomed by Bakyt Torobaev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.
The meeting will be attended by the prime ministers of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, the Vice President of Turkey, as well as the Secretary-General of the OTS, Kubanychbek Omuraliev.
Participants will discuss key areas of cooperation in economics, trade, investment, transportation, digitalization, energy, and agriculture. Measures to further strengthen cooperation and improve the functioning mechanisms of the OTS will also be considered.
