Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission Kaja Kallas.
Axar.az reports that the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry released a statement on this.
During the discussions, both sides exchanged views on the current state of Azerbaijan-European Union relations and explored opportunities for future development.
Topics included strengthening political dialogue, expanding economic and trade cooperation, and increasing joint efforts in key sectors such as energy, transport, sustainable development, and humanitarian initiatives.
The parties also exchanged views on the regional situation and discussed the ongoing peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
