Russia’s conflict in Ukraine is about people, not territory

For Russia, the conflict in Ukraine is not about territory, but about the people living there.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

“US President Donald Trump also mentioned the issue of territory when talking about NATO in Alaska. For us, this is not about territory, it is about the people living on this land,” he said.
