The Third World War is still in a hybrid form, but it has already begun.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by former Russian Prime Minister Sergey Stepashin.

“It has been a long time since we stood at a dangerous point: even the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Vietnam War, the war in Afghanistan, the collapse of the Soviet Union, NATO’s eastward expansion — all of this was difficult, especially for our country. But when we talk today about being on the threshold of the Third World War, I want to say that, in essence, everything has already begun in a hybrid version,” Stepashin said.
