The evacuation from Iran continues via the Astara state border checkpoint.

Axar.az, throughout the day, citizens of several countries have safely crossed into Azerbaijan. 1 citizen each from China, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan, and 2 citizens from Tajikistan have been evacuated.

Additionally, 7 Azerbaijani citizens have entered the country. During the day, 7 Greek nationals, including 4 diplomatic personnel, also crossed into Azerbaijan through the Astara checkpoint from Iran.

Those evacuated were admitted into the country after the relevant document checks and other procedures at the border checkpoint. The process continues under the coordination of the relevant state authorities.
