Aliyev: Azerbaijan and Russia normalized relations

Relations between Azerbaijan and Russia are showing positive momentum, and despite the difficulties that have been overcome, they continue to develop, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said at the 4th Shusha Global Media Forum.

Axar.az informs, citing Repоrt, the president emphasized that Azerbaijan values its relations with Russia.

"We have also seen statements from Russian officials, including President Vladimir Putin, regarding the dynamics of bilateral relations," Ilham Aliyev said.

He noted that there were difficulties in relations between the two countries, which were known to everyone, but that this period is now left behind.
