North Korea has accused the United States and South Korea of violating the agreements.

North Korea's government says the country will look for new ways to continue joint exercises with the United States and South Korea.

"Despite our clear warnings, the US and South Korea have begun joint military exercises aimed at North Korea."

Pyongyang says that despite everything, he remains committed to dialogue, but will take action against the background of these actions:

"If the United States and South Korea ignore North Korea's warnings, Pyongyang will force them to pay a heavy price."
