Call from Lavrov to Turkey

Issues related to the production of energy resources in the Eastern Mediterranean, including the continental shelf of Cyprus, must be addressed through negotiations among all stakeholders.

Axar.az informs that, the statement came from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

"We urge all interested parties, including Turkey, Cyprus, Greece, Israel and Egypt, to address these problems by discussing acceptable agreements within the framework of the 1982 Maritime Law," Lavrov said.
