Russia is in close contact with Turkey, Armenia, and Azerbaijan on stabilization in Karabakh.

Axar.az reports that Russian Presidential Aide Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"We are in close contact with Ankara, Baku, and Yerevan, and we believe that all steps must promote the further stabilization in the South Caucasus, the development of infrastructure, transport logistics, improvement of the situation in general and must not contain any elements, which may cause an increase in tension," the Kremlin representative said.
