That is, de facto Armenia refuses to recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and intends to achieve recognition of its territorial integrity only on these conditions. Then the logical question arises: why should Azerbaijan, which won the war, go to the delimitation and demarcation of borders? "Why should we, in fact, recognize the disputed part of our territory and renounce the right of the Bolsheviks to restore historical justice to Zangazur, Goycha and other territories given to Armenia a hundred years ago?"
