Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received Russia's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan Mikhail Bocharnikov on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic activity in our country.

Axar.az was informed about this by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the meeting, the parties noted with satisfaction the effective cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia and their development prospects. It was brought to attention that the relations, which rise to the level of mutual cooperation, develop dynamically.

J. Bayramov expressed his deep gratitude to Ambassador Mikhail Bocharnikova for his contribution to the development of Azerbaijan-Russia relations, his professional activities and his support for the effective resolution of emerging issues, and wished him success in his future activities.

M. Bocharnikov, in turn, expressed his gratitude for the friendly and cooperative relations shown to him during his activity in Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, other issues of mutual interest related to bilateral relations were discussed.
