Azerbaijan put forward its candidacy for the presidency of APA

Azerbaijan has put forward its candidacy for the presidency of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly for 2024-2026.

Axar.az reports that Muhammed Reza Majidi, Secretary General of the Standing Committee on Social and Cultural Affairs of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly, said this at the meeting in Baku.

He noted that he would support Azerbaijan's candidacy.

It should be noted that a meeting of the Standing Committee on Social and Cultural Affairs of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (АРА) is held in Baku.
