Our soldiers fell into a mine, and a criminal case began

A criminal case has been opened in connection with the fall of the Azerbaijani servicemen, and witnesses have been interrogated.

Axar.az reports that the Press Service of the General Prosecutor's Office released information about this.

On September 24, the military prosecutor's office of Aghdam received information about the death of military personnel of military unit No. N of the Ministry of Defense, Shadmanov Akram Yunus oghlu Seyidov Tural Islam oghlu, and Aliyev Elvin Taleh oghlu received various degrees of bodily injuries as a result of a mine explosion in the territory of the Agdam region.

On the basis of the received information, the Criminalistics and Information Technologies Department of the Military Prosecutor's Office and the employees of the Aghdam Military Prosecutor's Office carried out preliminary procedural checks.

According to the facts, in the Aghdam military prosecutor's office, articles 29, 120.2.12 of the Criminal Code (attempted murder with the intention of national, racial, religious enmity or enmity), 120.2.12 (intentional murder with the intention of national, racial, religious enmity or enmity) ) and other articles, witnesses were interrogated, relevant expertise were appointed and other necessary investigative actions were carried out.

Currently, the investigation is ongoing and all measures will be taken in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
