There are four conditions for achieving success in armed confrontation with the West.

Axar.az reports that Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov stated this during the opening ceremony of the "Army-2024" forum.

He mentioned that these conditions include: equipping troops with the most modern, especially precision weapons; conducting combat operations with new tactical methods (including drones and robots); creating effective management systems using advanced technological bases, including artificial intelligence; and continually improving the training of military personnel, particularly commanders.
