Armenia's continuation of its armament policy is the most serious threat to stability in the region.

Axar.az reports that the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, said this at the press conference held after the 11th tripartite meeting of the defense ministers of Turkiye, Azerbaijan and Georgia in Batumi.

He said that Azerbaijan is interested in solving regional problems together with the countries of the region.

"Armenia's revanchist actions are still ongoing. The arming of Armenia, whose constitution has territorial claims against neighboring countries, especially Azerbaijan, and the intervention of non-regional countries into the region through Armenia may become a source of danger not only for Azerbaijan but for the entire region in the future."
