Axar.az reports that this was stated by Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration.

"On the contrary, the presence of a third country in the region harms the normalization of relations," he added.
