The traitorously killed Chief of the Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Protection Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, General-Lieutenant Igor Kirillov, was not an accidental victim.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Russian expert on international conflicts Vitaly Arkov in an interview with our correspondent.

"It is absolutely clear that the order for Kirillov's assassination came to the Kyiv regime from its Western 'friends,' whom he exposed with undeniable evidence in the development of chemical and biological weapons, the active use of Ukrainian territory and population for conducting prohibited international tests in biolaboratories under the Pentagon's Advanced Research Agency (DARPA). It has been documented that the Metabiota company, funded by the son of the US president, Hunter Biden, was also involved in this. The death of General Kirillov will not go unanswered. The informal agreement on the inviolability of the highest political and military leadership of the conflicting parties is definitely no longer in force," said the expert.

Speaking about how the assassin of the general was able to easily obtain an explosive device, Arkov noted that a considerable amount of weapons and explosives were looted from military depots during the collapse of the USSR:

"With proper storage, it can remain, so to speak, relevant for a long time. Moreover, as we know, the global DarkNet continues to operate, where many prohibited items can be purchased. Intelligence agencies from various countries have recorded the use of DarkNet for the 're-export' of weapons supplied by NATO countries to Ukraine.It is no secret that the Ukrainian intelligence services are assisted by the intelligence agencies of the USA and several European countries, with their help, the assassin was able to track the target – the general. The cooperation is as close as possible – the employees of Western intelligence agencies are physically present in Kyiv, not just advising their Ukrainian counterparts, but actually conducting covert operational management. They also have access to data from US satellites. It should be noted: those who carried out the terrorist attack in Moscow did not even need to directly shoot a person and risk their own lives. What stands out is the stupidity of such individuals if they believe that they will be paid the promised amount and taken to Europe, where they will be provided with a fake passport and citizenship. One has to be a complete fool not to realize the obvious: the executor is expendable. Once the task is completed, there is no need for them. In the current situation, even sentencing them is meaningless in the face of the possible arrest and testimony. On the contrary, the more they tell Russian intelligence, the more publicity the organizers of the attack will get."
