Ersin Tatar arrives in Azerbaijan for ECO Summit

President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ersin Tatar arrived in Azerbaijan on July 2.

Axar.az reports that he is expected to attend the 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), scheduled to be held in Khankendi on July 3–4, as the head of state of an observer country.

Tatar is also expected to take part in several other events during his visit.

In addition, he is set to receive an honorary doctorate from the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU).
