On January 23, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to our country, Andrey Ravkov, on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic service in Azerbaijan.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov thanked Ambassador Andrey Ravkov for his fruitful work during his tenure as the Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan and wished him success in his future work.
The importance of high-level and high-level contacts, mutual visits, and exchanges of views within international platforms in the development of the existing strategic partnership between the two countries was emphasized.
In particular, it was noted that there are broad prospects for cooperation in the fields of economy, trade, and investments, and the importance of the activities of the joint intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Belarus in this direction was noted.
The importance of continuing mutual support and cooperation within regional and international organizations was brought to attention.
Ambassador Andrey Ravkov thanked for the mutually beneficial cooperation and support during his service in our country and noted that he was confident that the Azerbaijan-Belarus strategic partnership would continue to develop on an upward trajectory.
During the meeting, views were also exchanged on other issues of mutual interest.
