President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Novruz holiday.

Dear Ilham Heydar oglu.

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Kyrgyzstan, I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of the Novruz holiday.

From ancient times, Novruz has been a symbol of unity and reconciliation, peace,and progress.

I am confident that the friendly and fraternal relations between Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan will continue to strengthen for the benefit of our peoples and states.

Dear Ilham Heydar oglu, I wish you and your family good health and happiness, and the fraternal Azerbaijani people continued peace and progress.
