Axar.az informs that, according to the information provided by the National Hydrometeorological Service, as of 10:00 on September 28, rainy weather conditions were observed in some parts of the country.

The amount of precipitation was 57 in Astara, 52 in Lankaran, 29 in Lerik, 14 in Yardimli, 13 in Gabala, 11 in Balakan, 10 in Zagatala, 9 in Dashkesan, 8 in Oghuz, 7 in Gakh (Sarybash), 6 in Jalilabad, 5 in Altiaghaj (Khizi), 4 in Sheki, 3 in Guba, Gadabay, Yevlakh, Goygol (Hajikend), 2 in Naftalan, Goychay, Bilasuvar, and up to 1 mm in Khachmaz, Gusar, Shabran, Shahdag, Shamakhi, Mingachevir, Shamkir, Barda, Beylagan, as well as in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula.

Since September 28, at around 08:00, a flood has been passing through the Talachay River, flowing through the territory of the Zagatala region.

Fog was observed in Dashkesan, Gadabay, Goygol, Gakh (Sarybash), Balakan, Zagatala, Sheki, Shamakhi, Altyaghaj (Khizi), Gryz, and Gusar. Visibility in the fog was limited to 500 meters.
