Moldovan President votes for Pro-European Parliament

I voted for a parliament that will respect Moldova and its citizens, that will continue to preserve peace and build a European Moldova.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Moldovan President Maia Sandu.

“Moscow has a very high stake, which is why it is investing its resources in the Moldovan elections. This is not only related to us, but also to the war in Ukraine. The Kremlin is trying to control the government in Chisinau to use it against Ukraine and the EU countries,” Sandu said.

It should be noted that parliamentary elections are being held in Moldova today.
