Agenda of Putin-Ilham Aliyev meeting announced

Russian and Azerbaijani presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev will meet in Dushanbe on October 9.

Axar.az reports that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, speaking about this, also announced the agenda of the meeting.

According to him, the parties plan to primarily focus on issues of bilateral relations, which will be the main item on the agenda of the talks.

Peskov noted that the very fact of organizing the meeting demonstrates the desire of the two leaders to discuss current issues of cooperation.

He also added that he cannot speak on behalf of the Azerbaijani side, but Russia is committed to a constructive and positive dialogue.
