Azerbaijan hosts NATO training course

According to the "Individual Partnership Cooperation Program" for 2025 between the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan and NATO, a course on "Learning from Experiences" is being held by the Mobile Training Group of the Joint Forces Command located in Brunssum, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, which is visiting our country.

Axar.az reports that at the opening of the course, Lieutenant General Azer Aliyev, Chief of the Main Operations Department of the Ministry of Defense, welcomed the guests and participants and spoke about the importance of such events held to expand military cooperation between Azerbaijan and NATO, and specifically noted that our military personnel have successfully applied the experience gained in recent years in their service activities.

Then, the trainers provided the audience with general information about NATO. Briefings on various areas related to NATO's staff structure, experience gained in the exercises, and operations were also presented.

It should be noted that theoretical and practical training on operational planning and management in NATO, as well as other topics, will be organized at the international event held at the War Games Center of the National Defense University.
