As part of the initiative, the embassy, ​​together with a member of the Peru-Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group, Deputy Rosangella Barbaran, presented gifts to children from low-income families living in the Las Lomas de Nueva Esperanza area in the Comaz district of the Peruvian capital and provided them with a festive atmosphere.

The action was highly appreciated by the local executive bodies and residents of that district, and gratitude was expressed to the Azerbaijani government for the attention and care shown.
