Armenia violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan

Armenian armed units violated ceasefire with Azerbaijan 125 times on various parts of the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenia troops in one day, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said on March 9.

Armenian armed units stationed on nameless uplands and in village Paravakar of Armenia’s Ijevan district, village Mosesgegh of Berd district fired on the positions of Azerbaijani armed forces on nameless uplands of Azerbaijan’s Gazakh district, Kohnagishlag of Agstafa district, Alibayli village of Tovuz district.

Moreover, Azerbaijani positions located on nameless uplands of Gadabay district came under fire from Armenian positions located on nameless uplands of Krasnoselsk district.

Another ceasefire violation came from the positions located in Gulustan village of Goranboy district, Chilaburt, Goyarkh, Yarimcha, Chayli villages of Terter district, Novruzlu, Namirli, Javahirli, Sarijali, Shuraaabad, Kangarli, Shikhlar, Bash Karvand, Yusifjanli villages of Aghdam district, Kuropatkino of Khojavend district, Garakhanbeyli, Horadiz, Gorgan, Ashaghi Abdurrahmanli, Ashaghi Seyidahmadli of Fizulu district, Mehdili of Jabrayil district, as well as in nameless uplands on Goygol, Goranboy, Khojavend, Fizuli and Jabrayil districts.

In consideration of the operational situation, Azerbaijani armed forces inflicted 126 strikes on enemy positions.
