According to him, pressure must be put on Russian society so that people realize the need to end the war:

"Our sanctions against Russian oil refineries and facilities in the oil sector, our strikes on Russia's military logistics, and our operations in the waters of the Black and Azov seas — all of this is aimed at limiting Russia's war-making potential. It is also important to continue this with more active political and legal measures."
