In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the weather on February 27 is expected to be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast.

Axar.az reports that according to by the National Hydrometeorology Service, it is expected that there may be light drizzle in some areas in the morning, with rainfall in the evening that could intensify at night. Northeasterly winds will occasionally strengthen in some places during the day.

Temperatures will range from 3–5°C at night to 6–8°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be around 763 mmHg, and relative humidity will be 75–85%.

Across Azerbaijan’s regions, occasional rainfall and snowfall are expected in some areas, possibly becoming heavy in certain locations. Fog may occur in some areas at night and in the morning. Easterly winds will occasionally strengthen in some areas.

Night temperatures will range from 3–6°C, and daytime temperatures from 6–10°C. In the mountains, night temperatures will be between -3 and -8°C, and daytime temperatures between 0 and -3°C.
