Azerbaijanis evacuated from Iran amid strikes

Seven Azerbaijani citizens have been evacuated from Iran.

Axar.az informs the evacuation was carried out amid U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran.

Between 08:00 and 20:00 today, seven citizens were safely transported to Azerbaijan.

Evacuations are ongoing due to the ongoing U.S. and Israeli attacks, with another group of citizens safely brought to Azerbaijan.

From 08:00 on February 28 to 00:00 on March 1, a total of 12 Azerbaijani citizens have been evacuated from Iran. Three of those evacuated are minors.

In addition, an Italian citizen also crossed into Azerbaijan via the Astara border checkpoint.
