In Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, the weather is expected to be partly cloudy, occasionally overcast, and mostly dry. The northwest wind will switch to southwest during the day.

Temperatures will range from 1–3°C at night to 6–10°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be around 769 mmHg, and relative humidity is expected to be 70–80% at night and 60–65% during the day.

Across Azerbaijan, some regions may experience scattered precipitation, with snowfall expected in mountainous areas. Precipitation will gradually cease during the day. Fog may occur in some areas at night and in the morning. Eastern winds will prevail.

Temperatures will range from 0–4°C at night to 6–11°C during the day. In the mountains, nighttime temperatures will be −5 to −10°C, in high mountainous areas −13 to −18°C, with daytime temperatures between 0–5°C below zero.

There is a possibility of icy roads in some mountainous areas at night and in the morning.
