Azerbaijan continues evacuation of citizens from Middle East

On March 4, 209 people were evacuated from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Axar.az reports that Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said this during a joint press conference in Baku with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Moldova Mihai Popsoi.

The minister noted that some Azerbaijani citizens remain in Qatar.

“On March 7, our citizens who remain in Qatar will be evacuated from Jeddah. There are also people remaining in Kuwait and Bahrain, and it is planned to bring all of them to Jeddah for evacuation,” Bayramov said.
