1,797 people evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan

A total of 1,761 people have been evacuated from Iran through the Azerbaijani border due to military operations launched against Iran by the US and Israel on February 28.

Axar.az reports that these evacuees are citizens of 66 countries.

Between 08:00 on February 28 and 10:00 on March 7, 297 Azerbaijani citizens returned to the country.

From 08:00 on February 28 to 14:00 on March 7, a total of 1,797 people have been evacuated from the Iran to Azerbaijan.

Of those evacuated, 297 are Azerbaijani citizens.
